For all participants who were sending in emails to clarify timing and fixtures. They're out. The general timings was given in the previous post and the fixtures can now be found on our pages (navigation on the right).

PvsP 2011 Timings

We're just 3 days away from Past vs Present 2011! All participants please take note of the timings for PvsP 2011:

0800: Registration opens
0900: Games commence
1500: End of games
1530: Prize Presentation Ceremony

Please try to arrive before 8.00am so that your team can collect the goodie bags and tee shirts and the games can start on time.

Time will be allocated for lunch midway through the event, however we strongly encourage you to grab a bite as and when you can, and not only during the allocated break timings (especially if you'll be playing right after the break!) The schedule for PvsP 2011 will be out tomorrow, so watch this space!

Bball Games Combined!

Dear participants and people who're signing up last minute, we've combined the categories for Basketball such that the mixed teams will be playing together with the all boys team. The mixed teams have agreed to play against all boys teams and the games will proceed according to the rules without the requirement of girls on the court.

Tee Design

Sorry everyone for the long delay! The tee design is out and they've been ordered!

Captain's Ball Team Limit Raised

Due to overwhelming popularity for Captain's Ball, we've raised the team limit to 18 instead of 12! And we've decided to do away with Handball since there there were no teams registered for it.

Meanwhile, the official registration deadline will be 4 September 2359H so please make sure you don't wait around anymore.

Early Bird Discount Closed!

As all should know, we've closed the early bird discount and from now on, all participants will have to pay $15 per person to take part in the games. For those teams who have not made payments, please pay the appropriate amount for us to confirm your participation.

More than 270 participants have registered and made their payments and enjoyed the early bird discount for Past vs Present 2011. We thank all of you for your support. For those who are looking to participate, you still can do so! Head over to register and then make your payment! The official closing for registration would be next Monday, 5 September!

Closing Games

Note that Volleyball Mixed, Street Soccer and Captain's Ball are both reaching their maximum team numbers and we'll go by a first come first served basis when confirming participation. Players who have made payment first would get the chance to take part in the games chosen. Players who have made payment for a game that has already hit the maximum number of teams will be offered a chance to obtain a refund for their payment or choose another game to take part in.
